General Conditions of Sale for YACHT BAR VIP Cards - BLACK, SILVER, GOLD

1. Object :
These general conditions of sale define the terms of subscription and use of the YACHT BAR VIP Cards - BLACK, SILVER, and GOLD (hereinafter referred to as the "VIP Cards") offered by YACHT BAR. By signing up for a VIP Card, the customer accepts without reservation the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Membership and Pricing:
2.1. VIP Cards are available in three categories: BLACK, SILVER, and GOLD.
2.2. The membership rate corresponds to the credit to be used at YACHT BAR and is rechargeable. 2.3. The rates and benefits specific to each VIP Card are detailed in the document “Advantages of VIP YACHT BAR Membership Cards”.
3. Credit Usable at YACHT BAR:
3.1. The amount of the VIP Card represents a credit that can be used to purchase products from YACHT BAR.
3.2. The credit is reloadable according to the customer's needs and preferences.
4. Benefits Associated with VIP Cards:
4.1. Each VIP Card offers specific benefits, such as included deliveries, privileged access to the Beaulieu sur Mer cellar, VIP reservations, access to Art & Champagne events, and much more.
4.2. The advantages associated with each VIP Card are detailed in the document “Benefits of VIP YACHT BAR Membership Cards”.
5. Validity Period:
5.1. The validity period of the VIP Card is one year from the date of membership.
5.2. The VIP Card can be renewed at the end of the validity period.
6. Credit Reload Conditions:
6.1. The VIP Card credit can be recharged at any time by the customer.
6.2. Recharging can be done online on the website www.yachtbar.fr or by contacting YACHT BAR customer service.
7. Termination:
7.1. The customer may cancel his VIP Card at any time, with effect from the end of the current validity period. 7.2. No refunds will be made in the event of early termination.
8. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale:
YACHT BAR reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale.
Customers will be informed of changes electronically and will have the option to terminate their membership if they disagree.
9. Disputes and Applicable Law:
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof will be brought before the competent courts.
