Blend : 40% Chardonnay 60% Pinot Noir

Elaboration : This champagne is aged in the cellar for at least 4 years, allowing the aromas to develop fully.

Tasting :

To the eye : The color reveals a soft yellow hue embellished with delicate silver reflections. The fine and lively bubbles dance lightly in the glass.

On the nose : From the first moment, a bouquet of fruits appears. Aromas of vine peach, quince jelly, cherry stone and gooseberry unfold harmoniously.

In the mouth : The tasting reveals notes of toast and warm brioche, enhanced by nuances of mirabelle plums and exotic Mangostana. The structure of the wine is well asserted.
