La Réserve Exclusive Rosé is a harmonious blend of 10% Chardonnay for its elegance and finesse, 45% Pinot Noir for its roundness and structure, and 45% Meunier for its fruitiness and suppleness.

Tasting occasions :

As an aperitif: Serve at 7 - 8°C.

At the table: Serve at 10 - 12°C.

La Réserve Exclusive Rosé is a Champagne bursting with fresh small red fruits, with nuanced contours. It evokes the deliciousness of redcurrant, blueberry and raspberry, with a subtle touch of Gariguette strawberry.

Its fine and dynamic structure highlights frank flavors, all delicacy and nuances.

This Champagne offers fresh and airy scents, creating a thirst-quenching and joyful experience to savor throughout the year.

Development :

Aging in cellars for 2 to 3 years.

It is an ideal combination between the freshness and structure of a white blend and the fruity expression of red wine, at 16%.

The Cellar Master adapts the dosage of the expedition liqueur to each vintage to enhance the flavors and aromas.

The choice of reserve wine is crucial, based on the vintages, the years of harvest, the grape varieties, the method of vinification and aging to guarantee the unique style of each vintage.
