The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the vineyards of the South of France, ideally located in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.

Grenache is the king grape variety for producing racy rosés.

It is fully expressed thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine.

When ripe, it develops all its aromas, light and fruity in a contemporary style.

It is a great grape variety from the south of France.

Vinification & aging Presentation

The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly.

All the manipulations are carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until the start of the fermentation carried out at low temperature (from 15 to 18°C).

The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.

Tasting Notes

A rosé with an original profile, of a very pale pink color, with shades of gray and white.

On the nose, very fond aromas of small red fruits mingle. On the palate, a slight pearl gives the wine all its freshness and enhances the fruit.

Elegant, the finish develops on a fresh and mineral note. To discover at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with shellfish and crustaceans, Mediterranean salads, Asian dishes, baked fish and spicy dishes.
