Blend of Premier Cru and Grand Cru: The Louis Roederer Brut Rosé 2016 is an exceptional blend composed of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, mainly from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards.

This judicious blend of these noble grape varieties is the basis of this exceptional champagne.

Meticulous Vinification: Maison Louis Roederer uses the saignée method to produce this prestigious rosé.

This method consists of letting the berries macerate for a period of 5 to 8 days, and stopping this maceration as soon as the color reaches optimal, according to the strict criteria of the House and the Chef de Cave.

This requires remarkable expertise and precision, like the greatest craftsmen.

Aging on Lies: After this careful vinification stage, the champagne is then aged for 4 years on lees (the yeast deposits in the bottle).

This prolonged aging gives the wine exceptional complexity and richness on the palate.

A Delicate Color and Enchanting Aromas: The result is a champagne with a delicate pink color with slightly bluish reflections.

The fine effervescence highlights a captivating aromatic bouquet, where notes of sweet flowers such as lily and honeysuckle, slightly tangy red berries such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, as well as citrus zests such as tangerine from Corsica and lemon from Menton.

An Exceptional Taste Experience: On the palate, this champagne offers an attack that is both crunchy and very ripe thanks to the Pinot Noirs selected from the South of Cumières, classified Premier Cru.

The Chardonnays, also carefully chosen, from the North of Chouilly, classified Grand Cru, enhance the structure of the wine. The whole creates a symphony of flavors of excellence.

A Perfect Accompaniment: This Louis Roederer Brut Rosé 2016 can be enjoyed at a temperature of 10 to 12°C.
