La Réserve Exclusive Brut is a harmonious blend of 20% Chardonnay for its elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for its roundness and structure, and 40% Meunier for its fruitiness and suppleness.

This emblematic vintage perfectly embodies the Nicolas Feuillatte style. Covering the entire Champagne appellation, the Réserve Exclusive Brut brings together the characteristics of different terroirs to create an airy, dynamic and fresh Champagne, with a frank and expressive fruitiness.

Thanks to prolonged aging in the cellar, it reaches a beautiful maturity which perfects its flavor and consistency.

The notes of juicy pear and crunchy apricot intertwine in beautiful harmony with a fine effervescence that develops over time. Simple in its complexity, thirst-quenching and bold, it truly embodies the “Champagne spirit”.

Tasting occasions :

As an aperitif: Serve at 7 - 8°C.

Development :

Aging in cellars for 3 to 4 years.

The Cellar Master adapts the dosage of the expedition liqueur to each vintage to enhance the flavors and aromas.

The choice of reserve wine is crucial, based on the vintages, the years of harvest, the grape varieties, the method of vinification and aging to guarantee the unique style of each vintage.
